Question: HOW CAN I MAKE A BOOKING?

You can make a booking on our website, from the Bookings menu, select Booking request, enter the dates according to availability in the calendar and fill in the form.

A pre-payment of 15% of the total reservation will be requested that you can make from the web, so that the property can confirm your booking. In a period not exceeding 48 hours you will receive a confirmation. This confirmation email will contain the documentation to be completed and the details to make the payment for the rest of the stay.

If you prefer, you can also send us an email requesting the dates of your stay. You can find our email address in the Contact section on our website.

Question: WHEN DO I HAVE TO PAY?

Once the property has confirmed your reservation, you will receive an email with the necessary information to make the payment to the property's bank account.

It is mandatory to pay for the rest of the stay, no later than 28 days before the arrival date.

Question: WHERE CAN I PICK UP THE HOUSE KEYS?

Our meeting point is at Calle Petra number 85, in Sant Joan (07240). From here we will accompany you to the farm, where you will be handed over the house keys and will proceed to check-in.

Question: HOW CAN I GET THERE FROM THE PALMA AIRPORT?

* By car: leaving the Airport towards SANTANY, exit number 10 towards MANACOR. Keep on this road (Ma-15) until you reach Montuiri. Just 1 km past Montuiri, at the height of Perlas Orquídea, you will find the detour to Sant Joan. Follow this road until you reach Calle Petra, 85.

Question: WHAT TIME DO I HAVE TO MAKE THE CHECK-IN? AND THE CHECK-OUT?

Usually, the entrance to the house is between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., on the last day the departure time is at 10:00.

As an exception, and in the event that you arrive early at the airport, you can request an early check-in. However, whether or not it is possible will depend on the completion of the house cleaning and fitting-out work. If early check-in is possible, a message will be sent indicating the time at which they will be able to enter.

Question: DO I HAVE TO MAKE A DEPOSIT ON MY ARRIVAL?

Yes. You must make a deposit of € 200. On the last day of your stay, the full amount of the deposit will be returned, as long as there have been no reasons to the contrary, and the house is left in a good state of cleanliness.

Question: HOW AND WHERE MAY I PAY THE ECOTAX?

According to decree 7/2003 of April 23, on taxes on tourist accommodation of the Government of the Balearic Islands, which establishes the obligation, both to national and foreign tourists, to pay a Green tax or Ecotax every day of your stay. Clients must pay this tax upon arrival at the tourist establishment, or by bank transfer. This tax or Ecotax varies depending on the season and the number of days of stay in the accommodation. High season: € 2.10 / person / day. Low Season: € 1.05 / person / day. From the ninth day of stay, the tax is reduced to 75% of the applicable rate.

Question: DO I HAVE TO BRING BED LINEN OR TOWELS?

No, it is not necessary, The price also includes 1 set of towels and sheets per person. If the stay is longer than 7 nights, a replacement of sheets and towels will be provided. Pool towels are NOT included. A towel rental service for the pool / beach is offered (on request), at a cost of € 7.00 / towel.

Question: CAN I DRINK WATER FROM THE SUPPLY NETWORK?

At the moment it is not available. The customer must provide drinking water for consumption by their own means. However, the property is working to provide the house with a potable water supply. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Question: IS THERE WI-FI TV / SATELLITE IN THE HOUSE?

Yes, the property offers free internet access and satellite TV.

Question: IS THERE KITCHEN UTENSILS IN THE HOUSE?

Yes, on the farm you will find enough kitchen utensils to make your stay satisfactory.

Question: ARE THERE SUPERMARKETS AND / OR RESTAURANTS NEARBY?

The closest supermarket is located just 1 km from the house, in Sant Joan. However, a few km from the farm, in Manacor, you will find other supermarkets. Keep in mind that these shops are closed on holidays and Sunday afternoons.

Question: HOW DISTANCE IS THE NEAREST BEACH?

The closest beach is just 30 minutes away (Playa de Muro, Colonia de Sant Jordi). However, since the farm is located in the center of Mallorca, it has facilities to move anywhere on the island.

Question: DO I HAVE TO CLEAN THE HOUSE ON DEPARTURE?

The price includes the cleaning of the house upon arrival. Clients must clean the kitchen, wash and store the dishes, transport the garbage to the recycling point, remove the sheets from the beds and sweep all the rooms, in order to deliver the house clean. In the event that this was not the case, the property reserves the right to discount the amount corresponding to the cleaning of the deposit or deposit.

Question: ARE THERE CLEANING TOOLS IN THE HOUSE?

Yes, these cleaning utensils will be provided for your use. Products for washing machines and dishwashers are not supplied.

Question: I HAVE A BABY UNDER 2 YEARS OLD, IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET A CRADLE AND A CHAIR SUITABLE FOR HIS AGE?

Yes, always on request when making the reservation, the property has 2 cots and 2 chairs suitable for children under 2 years of age.

Question: HOW MANY METERS DOES THE PROPERTY MEASURE?

The farm, in its entirety, has 35,000 m2.

Question: WHAT HAPPENS WHEN HOUSE OR FURNITURE BREAKS?

If it is small items such as glasses, plates or glasses, it will be communicated at the end of the stay. If it is a question of breakages in electrical appliances and / or furniture, please notify the property immediately. This will make an evaluation of what happened to restore service as soon as possible and try to debug responsibility.

Question: ARE DOMESTIC ANIMALS OR PETS ALLOWED?

Generally, animals are not allowed. On request and the sole responsibility of the client, the stay of small pets is allowed. Of course, guide dogs for the blind are allowed.

Question: IS SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE THE HOUSE?

It is recommended not to smoke. The room is equipped with smoke detectors for fire prevention.

Question: HOW CAN I MANAGE THE WASTE GENERATED?

Waste should be selected: Organic, Plastics and packaging, Paper, Glass and Rest. A location map with schedules and an access card to the recycling site is provided.

Question: CAN I USE THE HEATING IN THE HOUSE?

The price of the stay does NOT include heating consumption. The house is equipped with an exclusive meter for heating at a price of € 0.25 / kw. In case of use, the cost will be charged to the client at the end of the stay.

Question: HOW CAN I CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

Cancellation must be done by sending an email to bookings@sonrabassa.com, and will take effect from receipt by the Lessor.

The client can cancel his reservation at any time, but it must be considered that the landlord may apply a penalty for the cancellation and / or cancellation of the reservation, which will vary according to the number of days remaining for the start of the stay, as established in the terms and conditions section.

Question: WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO WHEN A FAILURE ARISES?

In the event of a breakdown, please contact the property immediately. It is recommended that you DO NOT attempt to repair this fault yourself.
